Unimom Breast Pumps & Consumables

Unimom Warranty

The Opera, Forte, Allegro & Minuet Breast Pumps come with a warranty based on the type of use:

♦ Personal domestic Use (12 months warranty)

♦ Hospital/Clinic Use (6 months warranty)

♦ Rental/Hire Use (3 months warranty)

The warranty covers the motor unit only. The consumables are not covered by warranty due to hygiene reasons.

Unimom Returns process

If there is a fault with your Unimom Opera, Forte, Allegro or Minuet motor unit and it is under warranty please contact us here. You will need to pay for postage of the motor unit back to Unimom NZ (Levin) for inspection. Once Unimom confirms the fault they will either repair or replace the motor unit and post it back to you free of charge.

Please note:

 Unimom cannot accept returns where the damage or fault is the result of something you did.

 Unimom are unable to accept responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received by them. Without the items they cannot inspect/repair/replace.

♦ If an item is returned for a replacement but does not meet the returns criteria, a replacement cannot be processed and the item will be returned to you. Shipping charges apply.

While Unimom is inspecting/repairing/replacing your breast pump motor unit you may want to purchase a Switch Kit to hand express or Hire a Forte breast pump.

Unimom Refund Policy

Unimom do not offer refunds on breast pumps, however they do offer to repair/replace if there is a fault with your breast pump motor unit and it is under warranty (please see above). Unimom do not offer refunds on consumable parts including storage due to hygiene reasons. 

Unimom Costs Outside of Warranty

Where proof of purchase is not provided or product is not covered/outside the warranty period, Unimom reserves the right to charge a service fee and/or charge for parts replaced/repaired. Freight charges both to and from Unimom will apply.   


SRC Health Garments

Exchanges/Returns 

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges/returns of SRC garments if you have chosen the wrong size or would like a different design, this is due to hygiene reasons as they are classed as an underwear garment and also once worn the compression fabric stretches and cannot be resold. When you purchase an SRC garment from us you can be assured that it is brand new & factory sealed, we do not resell worn garments. Please ensure you have selected your correct size/design before ordering or if you are unsure please contact us here. We also have samples in Howick, Auckland which you are welcome to try on before purchasing. 

There is a fault with your SRC garment?

If there is a fault with your SRC garment please contact us here regards a replacement. 

Please note:

we cannot accept returns where the damage or fault is the result of something you did.

We are unable to accept responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received by us. Without the items we cannot issue a replacement.

Faulty items need to be returned within: 30 days for SRC Recovery Garments or 14 days for SRC Pregnancy, Sports or SurgiHeal garments along with your receipt.

If an item is returned for a replacement but does not meet the returns criteria, a replacement cannot be processed and the item will be returned to you. Shipping charges apply.

SRC Refund policy

We are unable to offer refunds on SRC garments as once the garments have been worn they cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons and the nature of the compression fabric. If there is a fault with your SRC garment please contact us here regards a replacement. 

  

Belly Bandit

Chosen the wrong size or would like a different design?

Unfortunately Belly Bandit do not offer exchanges/returns of the Belly Bandit B.D.A Leggings & Belly Bandit Mother Tucker Nursing Tank if you have chosen the wrong size or colour. This is due to hygiene reasons and once worn the compression fabric stretches and cannot be resold. Please ensure you have selected your correct size/colour before ordering. If you are unsure about your sizing please contact us here. 

For all other Belly Bandit garments (2 in 1, Bamboo, Belly Shield, Upsie) if you have chosen the wrong size we may be able to organise a sizing exchange with Belly Bandit. Please contact us here.

There is a fault with your Belly Bandit?

If there is a fault with your Belly Bandit please contact us here. You will need to pay for postage of the garment back to Belly Bandit NZ. Once they have received the faulty garment they will post you a replacement garment free of charge.

Medela Breast Pumps & Consumables

Medela Warranty

The Medela Swing Maxi & Swing breast pumps come with a 2 year warranty. This warranty covers the motor unit only. The consumables are not covered by warranty due to hygiene reasons.

Medela Returns process

If there is a fault with your Medela Swing Maxi or Swing motor unit and it is under warranty please contact us here. You will need to pay for postage of the motor unit back to Medela NZ (Auckland) for inspection. Once Medela confirms the fault they will either repair or replace the motor unit and post it back to you free of charge.

Moby Wraps

Exchange for a different design or colour?

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges of Moby Wraps due to hygiene reasons. Please ensure you have selected your correct design/colour before ordering.

There is a fault with your Moby Wrap?

If there is a fault with your Moby Wrap please contact us here. The item will need to be posted to Moby NZ, we will confirm the address with you. Moby NZ will cover the shipping costs, however they will not refund excessive shipping if you choose a premium service when more cost effective methods are available. Once the fault has been confirmed you can choose either a refund or replacement Moby Wrap free of charge.

Elle Tens Warranty

The Elle Tens & Elle Tens Plus come with a 2 year warranty. 

Elle Tens Returns process

If there is a fault with your Elle Tens or Elle Tens Plus and it is under warranty please contact us here. We will complete some troubleshooting with you to determine the next steps. You may need to pay for postage of the Elle Tens/Elle Tens Plus back to Elle Tens Australia for inspection.

Elle Tens Refund Policy

Elle Tens Australia offer Refunds for faulty products (please see above). Refunds will not be given due to a change of mind.
